Founder of Allen Wealth Advisors, Kay has been in the financial industry for her entire career, starting in banking. Kay earned her CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation in 2011.

Kay developed a passion for financial planning from her strong desire to help people plan for the future and understand the confusing array of financial products, services, and their associated fees. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Finance from Kansas State University.

Kay is an active member of DFW Financial Planning Association and has been a speaker at the FPA conference for CFP certificants. She has also been featured in Money Magazine.

Kay is the President of the Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation. She is also a Past President of the Colleyville Rotary Club; and was actively involved in Colleyville Rotary Dancing for the Stars 2019.

She was featured in the July 2019 issue of a local Colleyville online publication, Society Life Magazine. Kay was profiled as one of the “Ten Amazing Local Women Who Inspire Others With Their Attitude and Actions – Inspirational, Accomplished and Engaging“.
